/ Our process

1.Project Brief & Order Summary

Once you share your design concepts, tech packs, or inspiration boards, our dedicated account manager reviews everything carefully. We organize your requirements into a clear order summary—covering fabrics, print or dye techniques, trims, sizes, and quantities. This overview is shared for your review within 1–2 business days to ensure alignment before production begins.

2.Sampling & Design Approval

Your first sample is crafted to precision—mirroring the fabric, color, fit, and finishing details. You have the option to receive a physical garment or high‑resolution images for approval. Revisions are welcome—only after final sign-off do we progress to full-roll production.

3.Fabric Sourcing & Sample Creation

  • Regular colors: 3 business days
  • Special/unique hues: 4–5 days
  • Pantone-matched dyework: up to 7 days
Once fabric is approved, we proceed with pattern-making and sample stitching (ranging from 2–5 business days), followed by quality inspection to refine any final adjustments.

4.Bulk Production Timeline

Starting from a baseline of ~50-piece runs, the timeline unfolds as follows—and extends with every additional 50 units:

  • Fabric procurement: 3–5 days
  • Pattern grading & cutting: 2–10 days (depending on complexity)
  • Customization finishes (embroidery, printing, dyeing, laser, sublimation): 6 days
  • Bulk stitching: 4–12 days, based on garment complexity

Final quality check: 12 business days to ensure consistent standards

5.Order Status & Transparency

At ZAS, communication is continuous and transparent. Your order moves through multiple phases—preproduction planning, material procurement, digitization, cutting, printing/dyeing, sewing, and final QC. Progress is shared with timelined updates, progress photos, and a clear flowchart managed by your assigned consultant.

6.Packing, Shipping & Delivery

Once your garments pass final QC, each piece is carefully ironed, individually poly-wrapped, and labeled according to your branding specs. All packages are handed off to trusted logistics partners like DHL or FedEx, offering door-to-door tracking and global reach.

7. Feedback & Continuous Improvement

Your feedback is essential. After delivery, we actively seek insights to refine our process and maintain agility. This ensures every partnership leads to better quality, faster turnaround, and greater brand impact.

Why This Process Matters

  • Clarity from the start: Every detail is agreed upon before sampling begins.
  • Controlled risk: Sampling and phase approval reduces surprises in bulk production.
  • Scalable timelines: As your volume grows, our process flexes—adding just two business days per 50-unit increase.
  • Unwavering quality: Dedicated QC at every step ensures consistency and product excellence.
  • Open communication: Real-time updates, visuals, and one-on-one support give you complete visibility.
